The annual World's Championship Crawfish Etouffee Cook-Off
will again be held at the
Northwest Pavilion on
651 Samuel
Drive in Eunice.
Eunice, Louisiana's Prairie Cajun Capital is home to the best music,
food, people and fun times. Come join us for our annual quest to crown the
"Champ Chef" of Crawfish Etouffee. The etouffee is ready to be sampled by the public at 11:00 am. and the music begins at
10:00 am.
There are three categories of competition. They are
professional, Club/Organization and Amateur. All categories are awarded
trophies to the winners. Awards are also given for showmanship in each
category.
There will be fun jumps for the kids, music and dancing for
anyone who chooses and etouffee sampling for everyone to enjoy. Don't
miss this fun day for the entire family. Hope to see you there.
The trophies are awarded
between 2pm and
2:30pm. and music and dancing continues until 6:00 pm
(music ends at 4:00 pm). The crowd was large
last year & the samples were ready to eat early. |
