CHAMPIONSHIP CRAWFISH 
ETOUFFEE COOK-OFF

     This year we celebrated our 20th. anniversary of the cook-off . Many came to visit Eunice as we celebrated our 20th. year of crowning the champ chef.

    The annual World's Championship Crawfish Etouffee Cook-Off  was again eld in downtown Eunice on South 2nd. Street & Park Avenue. Eunice, Louisiana's Prairie Cajun Capital is home to the best music, food, people and fun times. Many joined us for our annual quest to crown the "Champ Chef" of Crawfish Etouffee. The etouffee was ready to be sampled by the public as early as 11:00 am. The music began at 11:15 am. The winners were announced and trophies were awarded at 2:30 pm.. Music and dancing continued until 5:30 pm.. The crowd was smaller than years past. The samples were ready to eat early. Make Plans to attend the cook-off next year.
